The NVM Move, Play & Thrive Program uses sport as a vehicle to build confidence, coordination, teamwork, resilience and physical literacy in children.
Rather than focusing only on competitive sport, this program introduces students to a variety of modified games and movement-based activities designed to improve:
- Fundamental movement skills
- Balance, agility and coordination
- Teamwork and communication
- Confidence and participation
- Respect, inclusion and resilience
- Enjoyment of physical activity
The program is designed for primary-aged students and can be adapted for different year levels, abilities and school environments. Sessions may include elements from popular sports such as soccer, AFL, basketball, cricket and gymnastics, while keeping the focus on fun, inclusion, movement confidence and wellbeing.
Our AFL Football program focuses on building fundamental skills such as kicking, handballing, coordination, and teamwork. Sessions are high-energy and inclusive, helping students develop confidence, game awareness, and a strong sense of participation while having fun.
Our Soccer program develops core skills including dribbling, passing, control, and teamwork. Through structured activities and game-based learning, students build confidence, coordination, and communication in a supportive and engaging environment.
Our Gymnastics program builds strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through structured movement activities. Students develop body awareness and confidence while learning fundamental skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Our Basketball sessions focus on dribbling, shooting, passing, and game play. Students learn teamwork, movement, and spatial awareness while building confidence and enjoying fast-paced, interactive sessions suited to all skill levels.
Our Cricket program introduces students to batting, bowling, and fielding in a fun and accessible way. We focus on skill development, coordination, and teamwork, ensuring all students feel included and confident participating.

At The Nikki Visaj Movement, our sports programs are designed to get students active, engaged, and building confidence through movement.
We focus on creating inclusive, high-energy sessions where every student feels supported to participate, regardless of their skill level.
Our approach combines skill development with teamwork, coordination, and positive wellbeing outcomes. Through structured activities and game-based learning, students not only improve their physical abilities but also develop confidence, resilience, and connection with their peers.
Each program is tailored to suit your school’s needs, ensuring a fun, safe, and impactful experience for all students.
