The NVM Move, Play & Thrive Program uses sport as a vehicle to build confidence, coordination, teamwork, resilience and physical literacy in children.
Rather than focusing only on competitive sport, this program introduces students to a variety of modified games and movement-based activities designed to improve:
- Fundamental movement skills
- Balance, agility and coordination
- Teamwork and communication
- Confidence and participation
- Respect, inclusion and resilience
- Enjoyment of physical activity
The program is designed for primary-aged students and can be adapted for different year levels, abilities and school environments. Sessions may include elements from popular sports such as soccer, AFL, basketball, cricket and gymnastics, while keeping the focus on fun, inclusion, movement confidence and wellbeing.
At The Nikki Visaj Movement, our sports programs are designed to get students active, engaged, and building confidence through movement.
We focus on creating inclusive, high-energy sessions where every student feels supported to participate, regardless of their skill level.
Our approach combines skill development with teamwork, coordination, and positive wellbeing outcomes. Through structured activities and game-based learning, students not only improve their physical abilities but also develop confidence, resilience, and connection with their peers.
Each program is tailored to suit your school’s needs, ensuring a fun, safe, and impactful experience for all students.
